Japan Auction Center Proxy Services
To use Japan Auction Center, all you need to do is:
Register on JapanAuctionCenter.com for FREE
Deposit the amount of your bid for an auction item to your account through PayPal
Place your bid in real time
Upon a successful bid, we'll have your won items sent to our offices in Japan and then ship them to you. This way, you can purchase items even if an auction seller doesn't ship internationally.
If you win more than one auction, we'll try to ship your items to you all together. This way you save on international delivery fees and save even more than if you were buying directly from auction sellers.
Delivery
Delivery is made through Japan Post. Currently, we mainly use expess mail service (EMS) to ship your items. You can estimate delivery charges with Japan Post EMS and parcel websites, and you can also track your consignment with the Japan Post Tracking System.
EMS is the most speediest way to deliver your items to you. All items are insured for up to 20000JPY.
If you purchase heavy items, you can also request a SAL or Surface mail shipment. SAL is not as fast as EMS but sometimes helps save on delivery fees.
Surface mail is the cheapest way to ship items but it can take a few months for items to reach destinations such as Europe and America.
Our default shipping method is EMS. If for any reason you prefer another shipment method, please let us know before we ship your items.
Size limitations
Items
must:
Weigh 30 kg (66 lbs.)
or less
Measure 2.75 meters (107 inches)
or less in combined length
and girth
And have a maximum length of 1.5 meters (58 inches)
These limitations vary
greatly according to the destination country.
Please check the limitations for
your home country before placing an order.
Over-sized
items If these limits are exceeded,
we can ship your items via a different method
but keep in mind that it can be quite expensive.
We would also need to charge an extra handling fee of 50% over the delivery cost for such services. Please contact us
before bidding on an item that you think
may be oversized.
Services we do NOT offer
We are not able to offer the following services:
Sending questions to the auction seller
Providing invoices with a low value or marking items as "gift"
Assisting with lottery purchases
